We will be watching a 35 minute video, Death Is Medicine,  by Michael Hebb, which was part of the Love and Resilience Contemplative Care Summit sponsored by Lions Roar and the New York Zen Center.  He is the author and founder of "Death Over Dinner" and several other groups relating to the topic of death an dying. Carol Janda will facilitate the discussion following the video.

"The discussion of end-of-life is not just a medical or financial conversation, not just an emotional psychologically healthy conversation. It's all those things and in many ways it's what gives our lives meaning - the fact that we're mortal." Michael Hebb
