Meditation for Stress - Starts April 7
Weekly Online Instruction and Discussion
Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Each week a different experienced meditator from the Meditation Place, will lead our Meditation for Stress session. We will begin with introductions, then guided meditation instruction and guided meditation practice, followed by some discussion and Q & A.

Open Hearts, Open Minds: Talking about Death
Meeting Online Open Forums, the Second Saturday of each month
The death discussion is an important one to have... with ourselves, our families and our community, especially NOW during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We will be watching a 35 minute video, Death Is Medicine, by Michael Hebb, which was part of the Love and Resilience Contemplative Care Summit sponsored by Lions Roar and the New York Zen Center. He is the author and founder of "Death Over Dinner" and several other groups relating to the topic of death an dying. Carol Janda will facilitate the discussion following the video.
