Come experience the Iyengar yoga difference! Based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar,
this All Levels Iyengar Yoga class will focus on the foundations of practice, developing strength, stamina, concentration, coordination, flexibility and more. Using physical alignment as a starting point, we will work to extend and expand our intelligence throughout the body creating a “meditation in action.” Certified Iyengar yoga teachers are specially trained to provide clear and precise instructions for each posture (asana) and are skilled at the effective use of sequencing and props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps) in order to make postures accessible and interesting to students of all experience levels.

JESSICA YODER is Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher who has studied and practiced Iyengar yoga since 1999. Her yoga practice has served as an emotionally, physically, and spiritually grounding force in her life. She has had the opportunity to study with a number of senior level Iyengar yoga teachers and is committed to sharing her love of the subject with authenticity and precision to people of all ages and from all walks of life. When not practicing or teaching yoga you can find Jessica running trails, dancing, hitting tennis balls, bicycling cross-country, and hopefully laughing.
