GENTLE SLO FLO: Monday 9:30-10:45 AM (start time will change to 9:45 on the 17th and beyond)
This class is a gentle movement class, no yoga experience necessary and all levels are welcome. Together, we will come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in each pose.
All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than being present in the moment.
Meditation Mindfulness in Motion: Wednesday 9:30-10:45 AM
This gentle Vinyasa, meaning “arranging something in a special way” coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Meditation, visualization and mantras are offered. All levels welcome.
Healing Yoga: Thursdays, 9:30 to 10:45 AM
Join Laura for a yoga exploration, deepening our connection to our body and breath to reveal more clarity and understanding of our mind and heart. This gentle low to the ground class will start with centering and move into a balance of active (yang) and passive (yin) poses with time to relax deeply at the end. Marcia can help modify poses with the help of props. Plan to leave energized, relaxed and renewed. No yoga experience is necessary.
"I would like to say that I think you are very attentive to those taking your class and seem sensitive to the needs of persons participating. The class is nicely paced and it’s obvious that you are a student of yoga yourself with many years of practice and that you bring that knowledge to you classes. I believe that you’re a dedicated teacher."

"I decided to attend the Restorative Yoga class on a whim. Laura was warm and welcoming. A surprise component was Nelson who played the keyboard and guitar as background to the class. Laura is gentle and encouraging, informative, and offers much one to one attention with props and adjustments. I was indeed a restoring afternoon! " Kathy
"The Restorative Yoga Workshop was unlike any yoga class I have ever attended, we were simply lying down in some really nice stretches, assisted by little bolsters and things to provide comfort. It was so profoundly relaxing; we were able to melt into the beautiful live music that was perfectly attuned to the moment. Laura explained how each position helps our lymph drainage and other functions. I was amazed how soothed I felt when I got into bed that night, where were my usual aches and pains? Attending this workshop was clearly healing for my body."
